beware of reunion freaks

its reunion season. weird how old ppl who r normally pretty stable get whack when its reunion time. like, u see all these ppl going on big time diets ... or fitness binges ... or buying new clothes to wear just to this thang or that. and dang ... u look at some of them and u wonder how many centuries ago they graduated, yanno? cos omg ... am i gonna look that tiny and shrivelled someday LOL

even the younger ppl are kinda nuts. they swarm back to town trying to make their wives or hubbies "act normal" whatever that means, and torturing their kids with dressy outfits and these "ohhhh look this is sooooo much nicer than when i went here" tours ...

for that matter, if u never left the town, why are u making such a big fuss about getting everyone back together??? u know ur family doesn't like how depressed and phreakazoid u get when u compare urself to what u THINK other ppl are like ... so why is this whole reunion thang such a big deal?

ohhhhhhhh sure. let's voluntarily spend a week with ppl we didn't like back then and wouldn't want to spend time with now. right.

... maybe there's something about it i just don't get.
