truth in angry words ?!
ouchness!
when you're really really totally beyond pissed, beyong mad, when you're in the rabies and rage mode ... thats when the truth about how you REALLY feel about things, comes out.
i used to think that if you were lucky, no one was there to hear what you rant about. but yanno ... maybe we would benefit if we had a convenient recording device to record what we say and really think and truly feel, so we could go back in a calmer moment and think about it ... cos haven't u noticed that we gloss over those feelings when we're not in the rabies and rage mode?
we forgive so many things that just infuriate, frustrate, upset us, and when we're truly ranting, we spill them out and they get aired. too briefly, in my opinion.
by sticking them back in that mental footlocker, what we're basically saying about ourselves is that our feelings don't reeeeeally matter ... that our needs, wants, and desires can go mold in that mental footlocker because they would hurt the other person if we let them out.
have u ever considered that, given the truth of the feelings, it might not be a bad idea to stop and ponder them? it might not be such a bad idea to express them, even?
*gasp*
oh my god ... we might actually communicate with those we care for most. we might even, for once, value ourselves instead of putting our feelings at the backburner to accomodate others.
omg ... the mind boggles.

Yeah, so I was talking to the b/f and he said, "As long as it's got nothing to do with me, it's funny." because when i got pissed and ranted at him, he thought it was funny because i wasn't mad at him... okay my question is... since i'm mad and i'm his girlfriend, doesn't that have something to do with him? and why the farg is it funny? what i was ticked about really wasn't funny, it was painful, it wasn't cool... so his response is, "i'm an optimist that's just me." .. it's like.. um no hun, you're a flippin flat affect.
LMAO!!!! umm okay just between us? i agree. flat affect. so like an unstylin hannibal lector
